How can I check if my door is compatible with this smart lock?
Your door is compatible if it has a backset of 2 3/8″ or 2 3/4″, a thickness of 1 3/8″ to 2 11/64″, and a hole diameter of 2 1/8″.

What should I do if the lock keeps beeping during installation or use?
Please first confirm door compatibility, ensure the deadbolt is installed straight and level, and make sure the strike plate is properly aligned and installed, as misalignment can trigger the alarm.

Is this a Wi-Fi-enabled smart lock?
No, the U100 uses the Zigbee protocol, which offers higher security, faster response, better stability, and stonger extensibility than Wi-Fi, but requires a hub such as Aqara G2H Pro, G3, G410, G5 Pro, E1, M2, M3, M1S, or M1S Gen 2 to work.

Why is my lock not connecting or disconnecting frequently?
Make sure you’re using an Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub, the hub is within 5m of the lock with no obstructions, and both devices are updated to the latest firmware.

Can I connect to the lock via Bluetooth?
Yes, as long as your phone is paired with the lock, within 10m range, Bluetooth is enabled and not occupied, and the lock has enough battery.
